Ah, Fridays. Always ready to throw something silly at you. This one was an unexpected trip to the vet, but fortunately it didn’t stop me getting through to Capel Curig for this year’s big MPS club meet-up at the ULGMC hut.
First snowy run of the year: always fun, and I think the circulation has even returned to my toes now.
“Running farther than I normally would” was the theme of last weekend, and very well it turned out too.
Last week was the traditional semi-annual wild camp / bivvy with Jono and Gareth. We broke with tradition, however, when it came to location. Previous years have been on Snowdon, either on the summit many moons ago when we were all young and sprightly, or lower down in more recent years. This time I decided a change was in order…
