The caravan was free a couple of weekends ago, so we took advantage and managed to grab a sunny few days in Snowdonia.<\/p>\n

Saturday morning was nice, but the planned run was aborted because I was feeling lazy. Instead we took an extended tour of Cwm Idwal, returning to the car via Cwm Bochlwyd.<\/p>\n

After that we returned to the caravan for a leisurely afternoon, before heading out again to Llyn Dinas. Caesar had fun chasing up and down, and we eventually managed to wear him out.<\/p>\n

Sunday morning was grey and drizzly, but we set off for a run over Cwm Bychan anyway. I felt tired all the way around, and the thought of running up anywhere afterwards held no appeal. Clearly this was more than plain old laziness, so with a suspected diagnosis of over-training and under-eating, we spent a pleasant afternoon wandering around Betws and then tiring the dog out some more on Harlech beach.<\/p>\n

Monday found us in the familiar position of having to go home when we’d much rather stay in the glorious sunshine. We finished the trip with a circuit of Llyn Geirionedd, before grudgingly returning to Leicestershire!<\/p>\n
