Rod Harlan has a video on his Digital Video Confidential blog here [edit: link now defunct], with demos of improved algorithms in current tools (dodging and selections).<\/p>\n<p>In other Photoshop news, <a title=\"Photoshop story at MacRumors\" href=\"http:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2008\/04\/03\/adobe-photoshop-cs4-to-be-64-bit-for-windows-32-bit-for-mac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MacRumors<\/a> are reporting that Photoshop CS4 will be 64-bit on Windows, but only 32-bit on Macs. This is because the existing code base is written using Carbon, which isn&#8217;t supported at 64-bit by Apple as it&#8217;s been replaced by Cocoa (which is newer and does do 64-bit).
