Unfortunately no-one\u00a0admitted to wanting to go for cake instead, so we had to at least <em>start<\/em> the run. Earlier that morning\u00a0I&#8217;d mentioned how much I enjoyed sitting in a river to ease my puny joints after a run. Thankfully we were spared another dip in the river, replacing it with a massive cooked breakfast at the <a title=\"Moel Siabod Cafe\" href=\"http:\/\/www.moelsiabodcafe.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Moel Siabod Cafe<\/a> instead.
