We started at Stockton Top Marina near Long Itchington, and headed west to Leamington Spa and Warwick in search of <del>adventure<\/del> pubs. We went through 22 locks on the way out, and thus toiled our way through 22 on the way back, smashing the uphill record for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/29432635@N08\/3611771398\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Itchington Ten<\/a> in the process.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights included pun of the trip from Alex (&#8220;<em>I addered them up!<\/em>&#8220;), airborne sausage rolls, construction of a <abbr title=\"Duck Retrieval Device\">DRD<\/abbr>, and wildly contrasting skippers on Boat Two (one very experienced, one who liked the &#8220;faster&#8221; lever). Top trip.
