With a bit of extra time to kill, I thought I&#8217;d wander a little way up the red dot path on Glyder Fawr, to try and spot the good line I missed on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.haydnwilliams.com\/blog\/welsh-1000m-race-2015\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Welsh 1000m race<\/a>. Once I got going it was very pleasant up there, so I just carried on to the summit, over Castell y Gwynt (slimier than I remember) and Glyder Fach, and returned to the car.
