First snow of the year a couple of weekends ago in the Lakes with a bunch of (now mostly ex-) MPS people. A leisurely stroll over Striding Edge, Helvellyn and the Dodds on Saturday was followed by a lovely pub dinner, some Ann Lee in the car on the return journey, and good craic back at the cottage.
